Recollection Services Incorporated

Recollection Services Incorporated is a 501c(4) mutual benefit non-profit collective specializing in information technology consulting services, open-source server administration, and ancient language translation. Our mission-statement is the following: if it is to be achieved, a general fine-tuning of the body must be hosted on a public blockchain hosted by a peer-to-peer network of actors engaged in the collective upkeep and management of open-source repositories. This circuitry of homogeneous actors must be governed by the principles of mutual exchange, as an X^n-1 number of actors germinate a brute acceleration through a collective disclosing of artificial-general-intelligence (AGI) in the 21^st century.

Section I: Official Structure

This organization is modeled upon a Gorgian flask, steered by a Chief-Executive-Officer at the helm, who shall conduct external operations and cultivate ideological integrity. It is founded upon the ancient practice of hawaldars – a network of brokers exacting a small commission, as a general tipping policy that operates on the basis information. As a mutual-exchange, it functions upon the transmission of a token, or word that the sending broker provides to the receiver. Capitol is exchanged through bits of information in its communication though an intermediary – never directly. Generalized mechanisms of punishment operate within this internal system on the basis of mutual-trust, reliability of information and the excommunication that must follow violations of established consensus.

Communication in a molehill is hosted on a protocol of faith within distributed systems of friendships. After sharing salt over a meal, even serpents may begin to form cooperative associations within shared channels, as systems of culinary diplomacy emerge. Consider an innkeeper, who begins the creation of a vegetable stock by bringing water to a boil, adding carrots, celery, and onions as a subtle development of flavour takes place. Similarly, our Chief-Executor should consider the essence of this organization – its ousia – as if it were a stew. Even if a single one of these ingredients are neglected or forgotten, the unnamed patrons of this dismal inn might perhaps starve or feed on grass instead. Thus, our CEO must attend to the needs of this organization like an officer tasked with the establishment and protection of this perpetual stew that will feed the gaunt figures found in the trenches. If this is is culinary occultism, so be it.

A Secretary, appointed by the Chief-Executor of this organization, shall carry-out its internal operations in the auto-suggestive domain of identifying and assigning potential members to the department of their choice. Structurally, the Office of the Secretary will oversee the formation of isolated wings of laborers unknowingly toiling towards the same object in deed, and in practice. This compartmentalization within the structural form, or eidos of the collectively-managed organization is designed to control for the lateral flow of information in a peer-to-peer configuration. We may model this duplication of design upon a single-celled organism or an ancient prokaryote in some remote land; an unconscious elan vital, seizes possession of inanimate matter to achieve functional alignment, as a cooperative of organelles aim at the finite supplication of a virile nucleus.

Gaunt faces await! Only now does it dawn upon us that figures await to be tallied, accounts balanced, statements compiled, and entered into a collectively-managed repository. Distributive justice, monetary affairs dealing with matters of the coin will be doled out by a digital metallurgist: our Chief-Financial-Officer. Adhering to an inter-species banking model founded on the principle that the self-replication of copper is theft, a mercantile principle securing the flow of capitol will be pursued through two unified strands – decentralized time-stamp servers and asymmetric encryption of transactions, identifying hash signatures of collectivists. CPU power computes a cost-function, which returns a token that can be used as a proof-of-work, in order to prevent fraud and double-spending by internal fractional-reservists.

Section II: Mutual-Exchange

Upon processing with the Internal-Revenue-Service as per IRC tax code 501c(4) Recollection Services is immediately Incorporated as a mutual-exchange within the free market. Inter-species recollection of a priori axioms within a collective composed of serpentine barbarians requires an identification of contemporary excellence. The opening lines of Plato’s Meno, read:

“Oh Socrates, is excellence a teacher, able to speak¹ to me? Not as a teacher but as an ascetic? … neither as an ascetic nor as a pupil, but of a man’s form, concerning the coming into being of men’s characters?”

Once this good has been identified, we may then begin to recollect as ancient bowmen, beached archers on the sandy shores of Pylos with Aristotelian ends in sight, in order to be “more likely to hit upon what is right.” In the age of digital re-industrialization, a collective compartmentalization of the day has been undertaken by a plurality of industrialists through the development and incremental injection of the time-card system. In the factories, soft-deprivation of light, its management, fine-tuning, and distribution over the entire workweek serves as a disciplinary measure, signaling the penal shift from bodily punishment to deconstruction. An arrowhead is an inert piece of granite, until its essence is unveiled by a dry-stone mason chiseling at it implicit form. It defies all schematics; rather, it was developed intuitively through the recollective capacity assigned to roaming bands of men who chose to remain within the forested regions of society. – a specialized class of masons and printers, engaged in the preservation and transmission of ideas to the following generation through language.

A culture’s capacity to transmit its history through the preservation of grammar and language is a sign of its development. It was only following the development of neolithic tools, that the felling of forests and the construction of roads took place. Historical attempts to throttle and restrict the flow of information, its archival, storage, and dissemination hinders the deteriorative effects of capital and slows the pace of technological development. This requires an undoing.

Section III: Membership, Official and Contracted

Recollection Services Inc. designates individual members and officers within two parallel protocols of official membership and contractual association. Official membership within the peer-to-peer network of collectively hosted nodes shall be established through a process of self-selection on the basis of rank established through merit. Within the public domain, the techno-symbiotic forces of nature operating in shadowy corridors of power throttle and restrict information in the identification of decentralized actors dealing in the exchange of information. Official members and officers shall model privacy-writ-large in the execution of unique hash signatures upon a non-disclosure agreement. An adherence to the baseline hourly commitment of X number of hours is arbitrary. Collectively, we may align the workweek with the day in its unrestricted form: 24-hours distributed in asymmetric fashion upon an ancient mercantile blockchain. Members within Recollection Services Incorporated will adhere to the parallel protocols of anonymity in the assignment of a permanent employee identification number and an encrypted private key that shall designate membership status. Access to a private blockchain will also be extended to volunteers and trainees following the collective-assent of members within the community.

Information Technology consultation and translation services rendered on behalf of Recollection shall be managed by an Office of Procurement. Contracted associations and independent firms evaluated by the Office of the Secretary shall be expected to commit 25% of their CPU resources during the weekly utility cycle towards baseline services. Proceeds shall be deposited in a mutual-exchange, governed by the authority granted to official members exercising the one-CPU, one-vote principle. All these external operations will be supervised by the Secretary’s Office of Procurement.
